Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. Information will be specified in each product description.

PILLOWS / TEXTILES

We strive to have all in stock items shipped as quickly as possible. Certain products are made to order and will ship within 7-10 days. Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped. Transit times vary depending on product and location. Once shipped you should expect your order to arrive in 7-10 business days.

ARTWORK

Most artwork is made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for fulfillment and delivery from our vendors.

RUGS

Most of our rugs, subject to availability, should ship between 2-3 weeks from the date of your order. Please allow another 7-10 business days for delivery.

LIGHTING

Most lighting, subject to availability, should ship between 2-3 weeks from the date of your order. Please allow another 7-10 business days for delivery.

 

EXCHANGES

Online purchases are eligible for exchange of store credit only. No monetary refunds will be given.

-Root'd must receive merchandise requested for exchange within 30 days of date of original purchase.

-Root'd will not be financially responsible for return shipping fees; all return shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility.

-Items must arrive at Root'd in perfect condition, undamaged, in original product packaging, uninstalled and unused. If the item arrives damaged, we cannot provide a store credit or exchange. The purchaser must file a claim with their selected shipping company.

-Once the item is returned, meeting all criteria listed above and within the 30 day window, Root'd will inspect the product. If it meets our standard of quality, we will generate and email to you a store credit code for the amount of the product purchased. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

-Store credits are valid for 1 year of the receipt of the store credit code. If a credit is not used within 1 year of the receipt, the credit is void.

-You must obtain a Return Authorization number from Root'd prior to shipping the items for which you wish to exchange or obtain a store credit. Please email help@rootdhome.com to begin the return process. Once reviewing your case, upon approval we will email a Return Authorization Form to complete and place inside the package you wish to return. Please ship all return packages to the following address:

-Packages that are delivered without a Return Authorization number or form will not be considered for exchange or store credit.

-If items arrive to you damaged, please email help@rootdhome.com within 10 days of ship date. If damages are not reported to help@rootdhome.com within 10 days of ship date, your claim will not be accepted for return.

-All custom furniture, case goods, lighting, and cuts of fabric are final sale and will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been received and processed by our fulfillment team. Once an order is submitted and payment has been processed, it can no longer be modified or edited by our team in any way.

If we are unable to cancel your order, please contact our support team at info@rootdhome.com to receive a return authorization number and form to receive store credit for your purchase, less shipping costs.
